The Challenge

A high-stakes service that needed to look the part.

Global Gold by Emboss is a premium document authentication firm serving clients who move between countries. Relocation, Golden Visa programs, second passports, cross-border legal matters. The clients are lawyers, wealth advisors, and high-net-worth individuals with time-sensitive paperwork where the stakes are high. The kind of matter where trust and discretion are the product, and where the website is often the first proof point.

Before the redesign, the online presence was doing none of that work. Positioning was unclear. The structure did not separate the individual client from the referral partner. The visual language did not signal the level of service Melissa actually provides. Any serious prospect landing on the site would have to work too hard to figure out what Global Gold does, who it is for, and why it belongs in the same conversation as the top firms in its category.

For a service where the buying decision starts with 'does this feel like the right level of firm,' the website had to lead with authority. Then route every serious inquiry cleanly to one person.

The Approach

A build with a clear job on every page.

For a firm serving high-net-worth clients on cross-border matters, the website has to do three specific things at once. Signal the level of service before the prospect reads a word. Speak to two very different audiences without confusing either one. Route every serious inquiry directly to the founder. The design and structure were built around those three jobs.

01

Design That Signals Trust, Not Trend

A restrained navy and gold palette with sage accents, generous whitespace, and considered typography. Every page reads at the level of a firm the client would expect a wealth advisor or attorney to recommend.

02

Two Audiences, One Site

The site speaks in parallel to individual clients pursuing relocation or a Golden Visa, and to the attorneys and wealth advisors who refer them. Both find their path within one click of the homepage, without either audience feeling like an afterthought.

03

A Structure That Converts Serious Inquiries

Every page ends in one clear next step. A discovery inquiry that routes directly to Melissa. The four service tiers appear only after the discovery conversation, so pricing never front-runs the fit conversation.

the outcome

A presence that matches the standard.

The immediate change is qualitative. Global Gold now looks the part of the firm Melissa runs. Every page of the site does one specific job. The homepage introduces the service to a first-time visitor. The referral page gives an attorney or wealth advisor what they need to send a client. And every service page moves a serious prospect toward a discovery conversation without pricing or process getting in the way of that first step.

Running a professional service that needs to look established?

If you run a service where trust and discretion are the product. Legal, wealth management, executive coaching, a boutique consultancy. The same approach applies. A quiet, credible design. A structure that separates audiences without confusing them. A clean path to one conversation with the person who runs the firm. You can read more about how I work, see the rest of the portfolio, or read on the blog about why most professional service websites underperform.
