You get me. Every time

Big agencies sell you a pitch team and hand you off to juniors after signing. I sell you me, and you get me, from the first email to the last launch review. Your questions come to my phone. Your revisions go straight into the wireframes I'm building. Your project does not get lost in a queue. When you have that little idea at 9pm that would make the site 10% better, you can text me about it.

Every client, I've met in person or at least on video. Not once has a project gone through without a real handshake. That's not a policy, it's just how I like to work. Metro Detroit is a small enough business community that it matters.

Then there are the extras. The favicon that actually matches your brand. The 404 page with a joke. The print-ready PDF of the sitemap for your files. The micro-copy on your contact form that says thanks in your voice. Little things that never show up in the scope of work but make the final thing feel like it belongs to you.
