The Challenge

An extraordinary coach, an ordinary website.

George Haralampopoulos is a business coach with real depth — the kind of person you remember after one conversation. His old website did not say any of that. For a business coach, the website is often the first impression a prospective client gets, and his was working against him.

The site looked dated, the brand was inconsistent across his website, his print materials, and his LinkedIn presence, and there was nothing in place to capture leads or keep building a relationship with people once they had found him. No email marketing, no blog, no system underneath it all.

For a coach, every touchpoint is part of the pitch — the website, the business card, the LinkedIn post, the email. George needed all of it rebuilt, working together, and built on a foundation he could keep growing from.

The Approach

built as one system extraordinary.

A business coach website should not be treated as a separate thing from the brand around it. The project broke into three connected threads — visual identity, the website itself, and the marketing system underneath — each shaped to support the other two.

01

Brand Identity

A complete rebrand for the coaching practice — new logo, considered colour palette, typography, and a usage guide that keeps the brand consistent on the website, in print, and on social. Business cards and LinkedIn graphics built off the same system.

02

Website

A hand-coded responsive website with WordPress underneath, so George can update content himself. Fast, mobile-ready, and built around clear paths for prospective coaching clients to learn about his work and reach out.

03

Marketing Foundation

Mailchimp set up for email campaigns, an integrated blog for thought leadership, and templates that make consistent publishing easy. The site became the centre of an ongoing marketing system, not just a static destination.

The Work

How it came together.

The website and brand identity for a coaching practice in action — across screens, print, and social.

About

A web presence that matches the work.

Since launch, George has had a professional website that finally reflects what he actually does as a coach — and a consistent brand identity running across his site, print materials, email, and LinkedIn. His blog has become a steady thought-leadership channel and his email list is active.

The bigger result is harder to put in a number: this stopped being a one-time project. What started as a website and branding job became a long-running partnership — ongoing design support, new LinkedIn assets, occasional campaigns, and the kind of marketing decisions a busy coach should not have to make alone. For a business coach, that consistency over years matters more than any single launch.

"I shared my vision and Mieszko built a website that's a true reflection of who I am and what I stand for. It's received nothing but great feedback."

Thinking about a website for your coaching practice?

If you are a business coach in Michigan or elsewhere and your website has stopped pulling its weight, the same approach used here works for most coaching practices: brand first, site built around it, marketing system underneath. You can read more about how I work, see the rest of the portfolio, or read on the blog about why most coaching websites underperform.
